Hi, I’m Stacy

I grew up baking with my Grandmother, who was known in our family for her exceptional pies and cookies. It’s because of the hours I spent with her that I got interested in and learned to bake.

I’m so proud that I’m now known as the pie baker in my family. This little business is an expression of three important loves– my Grandmother, flowers and baking.

In the years following those days in the kitchen assisting Grandmother, I got my degree in Horticulture with a concentration in Floriculture. And then, I did what most of us do and followed another path. I got a ‘real’ job and began the greatest career of my life– raising my lovely daughter, Mckenna.

Like many of us, the pandemic shifted everything for me. Working from home allowed me to have time to bake. But it wasn’t until an instagram sensation (beautifully-decorated floral and herb focaccia) broke the internet that it all came together for me.

Since that moment in 2020, and after a lot of pandemic baking, I planted my flower garden and decided to make this passion into a profession, slowly and steadily. Now, I spend my weekends cutting and pressing flowers and baking cookies and cakes for all of you.
